Angela Buchdahl

Angela Buchdahl is a prominent American reform rabbi, born in 1972. She has made history in her field by becoming the first East Asian-American to be ordained as a rabbi, as well as the first to be ordained as a hazzan, or cantor. This milestone reflects her dedication to Judaism and her trailblazing career.

Buchdahl's influence and achievements have been widely recognized. In 2011, she was named one of America's "Most Influential Rabbis" by Newsweek and The Daily Beast, and the following year, she was listed among the "Top 50 Rabbis" by The Daily Beast.
